To retain our objectivity we do not seek training delivery projects .....
The chief factor which differentiates us from most training consultancies is that, with one exception, we do not seek training delivery work and we are quite happy to accept this as a condition of contract. This means that we are totally objective in analysing and planning the training, learning & development needs of organisations and individuals, without any danger of a conflict of interest arising. We do have a limited delivery capability, which some clients value, but it is not our focus.

We created this seminar in response to a client request and have received an increasing demand for it in recent years. We have delivered the seminar in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and SE Asia and in 1,2,3,4 & 5 day versions!
