We value our clients hugely. In fact, Strategies for Training has grown in size and stature very specifically as the result of the amount of repeat business and the number of referrals we receive. We have always tried to reward clients for placing their confidence in us and in January 2000 we introduced a specific fee pledge which, to the best of our knowledge, remains unique:

  • When a piece of work is commissioned, we guarantee to hold our day rate for any work undertaken in that calendar year AND in the next two calendar years
    • Example: if any project is commissioned in 2008, we guarantee that our 2008 rate of £1,250 per consultant day will apply to any project until the end of 2010.

  • For any subsequent work, a client will never pay more than our standard fee rate for two years prior
    • Example: if a client requires a new project in 2011, they would pay our standard 2009 fee rate, and so on. Hence it is a rolling two-year price freeze for life.

  • This price guarantee applies to all standard fee rate projects whatever their size and however long an interval there may be between projects

  • We reserve the right to withdraw this price guarantee for future new clients
